Griphold Click Type Torque Wrench
Description
GRIPHOLD Click-Type Torque Wrench
The GRIPHOLD Adjustable Click-Type Torque Wrench is a manually operated, micrometer-adjustable torque-control tool designed to tighten nuts and bolts to a specified torque value. GRIPHOLD offers both ratcheting and non-ratcheting versions, with torque capacities ranging from small fastening applications up to heavy-duty industrial bolting.
How the click mechanism works
The wrench uses a calibrated spring-loaded mechanism. The desired torque is set using the adjustable handle, and when the preset torque is reached, the internal mechanism produces a distinct audible/tactile click. This tells the operator to stop applying torque. This makes the wrench useful where controlled fastener preload is important.
